The menu at Terras is a culinary adventure, featuring an array of expertly crafted dishes that showcase the rich flavors of Mexico. The Crispy Fish Tacos, made with fresh catfish and dressed in a zesty chipotle crema, stand out at just US$11.00. Not to be missed is the 16 oz T-Bone Butter Seared Steak, accompanied by a delightful potato medley and sautéed mushrooms and onions, priced at US$18.00. For our vegan friends, the Caldo Tlalpeno, served with warm tortillas, offers a heartwarming experience for only US$10.00.

Customer reviews mirror this sentiment, celebrating the delicious food and attentive service. One patron, Elsa Mares, remarked on the great atmosphere and excellent food, while another, Naomi A., shared how the ambiance and service made her visit truly special. Glowing commendations for dishes like the Ribeye & Mole reflect the establishment's commitment to quality and flavor.

  • Unique Flavors: The Sangre Azteca, a sensational mezcal cocktail, and the inventive Noche en Tulum showcase Terras’ creative drink offerings.

  • Exceptional Service: Attentive staff, like the lauded server Arely, enhance the dining experience, attending to guests with care and consideration.

While Terras Urban Mexican Kitchen offers remarkable dishes and a delightful atmosphere, it's worth noting that parking can be a challenge in the bustling downtown area. However, this small inconvenience pales in comparison to the culinary delights that await you within. Make sure to consider making a reservation, especially during peak dining hours.

As your food reviewer and enthusiastic patron, I wholeheartedly endorse Terras Urban Mexican Kitchen. Dive into its enticing dishes, enjoy the vibrant ambiance, and immerse yourself in the warm hospitality that makes every visit memorable!

Great ambience. Food was excellent, but taco orders could have at least one more! We made a reservation, and I recommend if you are over the hill, to request chairs instead of stools LOL. They were kind enough to switch us to a booth with chairs and they even provided us with a birthday candle, which we forgot. We had a great time!

I love eating at Terras. It’s one of my favorite places to go downtown that creates such great atmosphere for dining out. It’s fancy but it also has such a nice feel to their design that makes being there so comfortable. I love the way my family and I are treated at Terras as well. We’ve never had a bad experience here as compared to other restaurants. Our server today, Karina was excellent. She was kind, attentive and never left our table unattended for too long! I highly recommend Terras if you’re looking for a nice, fancy place to eat at you can get your money’s worth here!

Celebrated my birthday, husbands birthday, and our anniversary a few nights ago at Terra and couldn't be happier with our choice. I have Celiacs, and finding Gluten Free food in the area is difficult. It's not notated, but most of their menu is gluten free (and I did not have a reaction afterwards). The drinks and food were great. We loved the cornbread dessert. Our server was also attentive, helpful, and pleasant. Definitely recommend for a nice night out! The upper valley might be sleeping on this place. Terra's is a must visit. I had the chilaquiles divorciados, both salsas were good. The table salsa was phenomenal, must try this. For drinks I had Americano with Oat milk. The Sangre Azteca (del maguey vida mezcal, hibiscus, lime, jalapeno) if it is not their flagship drink, it should be. The chicken and waffles are well made, chicken was tender, the waffles crunchy, fruit topping was plentiful. And a peach mimosa to wash it all down. We ordered of the brunch menu but will definite be coming back for the lunch/dinner menu. Looking forward to the Ribeye and Mole.
